Benefits:
- NEBF: $32.00 per month per years of service (paid by employer).
- SERF: 10% of gross pay (paid by employer).
- IBEW: $4.50 per month per years of service (paid from monthly dues).
Requirements:
- NEBF:
- Five years vesting.
- Average 1000 hours worked per year.
- Worked no less than 300 hours per year.
